Board meetings<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Board meetings were held on 12.07 and 17.09.2026. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Publication<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The documentation of the symposium entitled \u2018Rethinking the Process for Peace and a Democratic Society in its Second Year\u2019 has been published.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Workshop „Profession-based diplomacy: options, challenges and prospects“<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Together with experts from fields of law, medicine & international cooperation, we discussed opportunities & responsibilities of different professions as basis for effective collaboration and networks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Civil Society Report on Anti-Feminism 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2018Civil Society Report on Anti-Feminism 2025\u2019 by Lola f\u00fcr Demokratie e.V. and the Anti-Feminism Reporting Centre has been published. We have contributed an article to it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n World Peace Day<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n On World Peace Day, we remember the Academics for Peace, who, 10 years ago, sent a clear message against war and in favour of peace, dialogue and academic responsibility through their appeal. Their courage and commitment remain as relevant today as ever. Peace needs people who have the courage to speak out. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Social media <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n During the summer break, there was the now traditional interview series ‚Kurdistan Up to date‘. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Symposium: Gender Studies meets Jineoloj\u00ee IV <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The symposium on 6 November 2026 is entitled \u2018Rethinking Peace from a Feminist Perspective \u2013 Strengthening Democratic Societies\u2019. It is being organised in cooperation with the Cornelia Goethe Centre at Goethe University Frankfurt, the Jineoloj\u00ee Centre Europe, the Marie Jahoda Centre for International Gender Studies at Ruhr University Bochum, Emden\/Leer University of Applied Sciences and the University of Innsbruck. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Dear members,Dear friends, We are pleased to publish our current newsletter.
