Meeting with Academics and professionals on 24 February 2018 in Amsterdam
Dear academics and professionals,
First of all we would like to introduce our association: as Network ofKurdish academics (registered association) our declared aim is to link Kurdish professionals and academics.
Through this pooling of various professions and skills we aim not only to present a forum for the exchange of academics but also to create a synergy effect for the Kurdish community, as it is important to give utterance to social, cultural and political issues of Kurds at academic level both in Kurdistan and in Europe. Beside empowerment of sociopolitical representation and educational potential within the Kurdish community the further development of scientific debate regarding Kurdish issues
constitutes an important pillar of our work.
With the objective of getting to know Kurdish academics and professionals as well as academics working on Kurdish issue we paid visits to the Kurdish Institutes and academic organizations in numerous European cities such as Vienna, Paris, Brussels, Stockholm and London.
We consider it to be not only important but also necessary to bring the Kurdish academics in each country as well as all over Europe together.
For widening of our network and for an exchange of ideas and experiences we would like to invite you to a meeting that will take place on 24 February 2018 at 4 p.m. in Samenwonen-Samenleben, Chris Lebeaustraat 4, 1062 DC Amsterdam.
